How is pre-registration formalized?
Documentation to be submitted:
  • Students Graduated in Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)
    • Curriculum Vitae
  • Students graduated from centers affiliated to the UPC or other universities in Spain
    • Photocopy of DNI, NIE or passport
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Title that gives access to the master's degree or proof of payment of the rights to issue the title.
    • Official academic certificate (signed and sealed) listing the subjects taken with the grades and number of credits/hours for each. This certificate must also reflect the overall average obtained by the student.
  • Students graduated from universities or other foreign institutions of higher education
    • Photocopy of DNI, NIE or passport
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Title that gives access to the master's degree or proof of payment of the rights to issue the title with the corresponding approval
    • Official academic certificate (signed and sealed) listing the subjects taken with the grades and number of credits/hours for each. This certificate must also contain information on the grading system applied.
    • Declaration of equivalence of the final grade of the entrance qualification. This document must be requested through the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Ministry of Education (Equivalence of average grades of university studies carried out in foreign centers > Access to the Procedure button). It must be submitted dated and signed in section 9 Responsible Declaration from the Spanish Ministry of Education.

How is enrollment formalized?
It is essential to bring all the original and legalized Master's access documentation after registration.
Legalization of documents:
All documents issued in countries outside the European Union must be legalized through diplomatic channels or with the corresponding postil.
