Registration and Enrollment Procedures

  • Faculty offers: Open throughout the academic year.

  • Student applications: From March 16 to June 26, 2026 for the autumn quadrimester , and from October 1, 2026 to January 29, 2027 for the spring quadrimester.

  • Regular fall enrollment: July 20, 21 and 22, and September 3 and 4, 2026.

  • Regular spring enrollment: February 4 and 5, 2027.

  • Maximum deadline for registering the project: Until October 31, 2026 in the fall quadrimester. For the spring quadrimester, the deadline is until March 31, 2027, except for scholarship students, who have a deadline of February 19, 2027.

Fall Call (January)

  • Submission: From January 4 to 8, 2027.

  • Defense: From January 18 to 22, 2027.

Spring Call (June / July)

  • June session:

    • Submission: From May 31 to June 4, 2027.

    • Defense: From June 14 to 18, 2027.

  • July session:

    • Submission: From June 28 to July 2, 2027.

    • Defense: From July 12 to 16, 2027.

Extraordinary Call (With payment of fees)

  • Autumn quadrimester (Defense in May):

    • Submission: From May 3 to 7, 2027.

    • Defense: From May 17 to 21, 2027.

  • Spring quadrimester (Defense in October):

    • Submission: From September 27 to October 1, 2027.

    • Defense: From October 13 to 19, 2027.
