Enrollment and Registration
For TFG/TFM carried out under the "University" modality:
- Approximately one month before enrollment (Fall Term: June, Spring Term: January), a web application will open to manage TFE offers and requests.
- For a month, students can access the application, browse available TFG/TFM projects published by faculty, and submit a request for a specific project.
- Once requested, the professor can accept or reject the student's application.
- If the student is accepted, they must confirm their intention to carry out the TFG/TFM, and the project will be automatically registered in e-Secretaria.
- Before enrollment, the Secretariat will review and confirm the applications.
- At this stage, students can also request the evaluation of generic competencies if needed. They are responsible for checking whether they have completed all required competencies and deciding which ones they want to be assessed.
- If the TFG/TFM is not submitted within the established deadline and needs to be re-enrolled, a new registration process will also be required.

For TFG/TFM carried out under the "Company" modality:
- It must be registered through an internship agreement under the "TFE" modality.
- There is no need to register the TFE through the application; instead, it must be managed through the agreement process.

To opt for modality c), approval is required by signing the “learning agreement”, which must be authorized by the Associate Director of International Relations and the Degree Coordinator of EPSEM.
