Pre-registration:

How is pre-registration formalized?

Documentation to be submitted:
  • Students graduated from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)
    • Curriculum Vitae
  • Students graduated from UPC-affiliated centers or other universities in Spain
    • Photocopy of DNI, NIE or passport
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Degree certificate granting access to the master's or proof of payment of the degree issuance fees
    • Official academic certificate (signed and stamped) listing the subjects taken with the grades and number of credits/hours for each one. This certificate must also reflect the global average obtained by the student.
  • Students graduated from universities or other foreign higher education institutions
    • Photocopy of DNI, NIE or passport
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Degree certificate granting access to the master's or proof of payment of the degree issuance fees with the corresponding homologation
    • Official academic certificate (signed and stamped) listing the subjects taken with the grades and number of credits/hours for each one. This certificate must also contain information on the grading system applied.
    • Declaration of equivalence of the final grade of the degree granting access. This document must be requested through the e-Office of the Spanish Ministry of Education (procedure Equivalence of average grades of university studies carried out in foreign centers > button Access to the Procedure). It must be submitted dated and signed in section 9 Responsible declaration of the Spanish Ministry of Education.

How is enrollment formalized?
It is essential to bring all original and legalized master's access documentation in the days following enrollment.
Legalization of documents:
All documents issued in non-European Union countries must be legalized via diplomatic channels or with the corresponding apostille.
